John Wesley Chalk

John Wesley was born in 1826 in Maury, Tennessee, USA. John Wesley's father was William Chalk and his mother was Elizabeth Williams. His paternal grandparents were William Chalk and Peggy Askew. He had eight brothers and five sisters, named Whitfield, Henry A, William Roscoe, Thomas Anderson, Ira Ellis, Josiah Askew, James Anderson, Newton F, Mary Ann, Martha A, Nancy, Sarah Ann and Catherine Jane. He was the tenth oldest of the fourteen children. He had four half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Nepolian B, Stephen G, Luther B, Coley M, Louisa, Susan E and Josephine. He died at the age of 81 on October 9th, 1907 in Pilot Point, Denton, Texas, USA.
